Ariel + Zech | Engagement
Natural Bridge Park, Kentucky
“…you don’t measure love in time. you measure love in transformation. sometimes the longest connections yield very little growth, while the briefest of encounters change everything. the heart doesn’t wear a watch, it’s timeless. it doesn’t care how long you know someone. what the heart cares about is resonance. resonance that opens it, resonance that enlivens it, resonance that calls it home. and it when it finds it, the transformation begins.” \jeff brown\
A first meeting that sparked in both of them the feeling that they would be significant to each other…an engagement story includes a rooftop, candles, and dinner…a palpable connection that is so genuine and easy that you can’t help but feel immediately relaxed around them. All elements that made for an extraordinary engagement session.
Our plans to explore a part of Stearns, KY was put in the backseat after the aftermath of the Jonas blizzard made it pretty much impossible on our tiny cars to drive in. The chemistry with these two would overshadow whatever backdrop I put them in front of so I wasn’t worried! Over coffee we made plans to be sure to include their love of being outside in nature together, a request I absolutely adore since it is a love of mine as well.
A musician and a counselor, this pair is so laid back that I asked them if an argument has ever even happened. The answer? After a while of thinking, Ariel spouted off a story about a short disagreement involving pizza. Teach me your ways, guys.
Thank you both for spending such a great day with me, and for opening up so much. You have the kind of love that will last lifetimes.
